You'll build an understanding of what "˜wellness' truly means to each Googler, and implement innovative programs as the population of Googlers grows in size and diversity. You are a mission-driven, enthusiastic team player with the creativity to develop and manage benefits programs.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with multiple vendor and client groups in partnership with HR business part
Ensure Benefits programs across India and other countries conform with local market practices and are in compliance with legal requirement
Design, implement and maintain processes and programs, including the Request for Information and Request for Proposal processes
Analyze data for comprehensive spectrum of benefits programs and present to upper managers
Provide direction, knowledge, and support to other team members
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience
5 years of relevant experience in the India Employee Benefits Industry (e.g., Benefits Specialist, Benefits Consultant or Broker)
Experience in managing and implementing onsite wellness program
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MA
- Broader APAC benefits experience
- Strong project and program management skills, with ability to engage with our clients (employees and HR Partners) to understand their needs and handle escalated benefit issue
- Excellent analytically, quantitative, and presentation skill
- Demonstrated career professionalism, confidence, strong organizational skills, efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness, team leadership, and adaptability to change
- Fluent in English
